  • CastleRock Estates – the south end of 13th Avenue is an upscale mountain community with walking trails, larger lots, green space, and controlled, built homes. Community Association Fees $185.00 per year (2017/2018).
  • Taynton Bay Estates exclusive homes for sale in Invermere with lake views. Private beach in Invermere. They are controlled and built. Homes have .28 to 5.0 acres.
